 Cancellation Policy: Minimum two weeks advance notice required to cancel a sportfishing charter, deposit will be returned. If within two weeks, deposit will only be returned if we can schedule another charter. If bad weather forces a cancellation ( Capt`s. decision made at the dock ) deposit will be applied to another day. If another day can't be scheduled this season, deposit will be applied to next season. Should poor weather develop, full day offshore sportfishing charter will be downgraded to full day inshore, full day inshore will be downgraded to half day inshore, etc...   

 

 Catch Policy:  All other species landed belong to the party on the sportfishing charter.  

Fishing is subject to Federal and Rhode Island regulations (N.M.F.S) in effect. Due to the federal permits required to harvest Giant Bluefin Tuna 73” and up, any landed will become property of the boat. Forty percent (40%) of the sale of the fish will be given to the party on the charter.   

 

 What To Bring: Sneakers or boat shoes. Jacket, hat, rain gear, sunscreen and camera.

 FOOD: Please bring a cooler with ice for your food and beverage, cooler will be handy to carry your fish home. Ice is available at the dock.

 Lost Rod:  You are responsible to pay replacement value of any rod and reel lost overboard.


For your safety and peace of mind, we were the first to have the USCG examine our vessels and they meet all State & Federal requirements required for a charter boat.
