Tog put up a fierce fight, and if you’ve never fished for them before, you'll soon understand why it’s many of our customers’ favorite species to fish for. Despite their quirky appearance (with human-like teeth!), Tautog is a delicious white, flaky fish that can be prepared hundreds of ways and freeze very well.
